6. Data and Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. We will:

  • Only access your data as necessary to provide services
  • Not share your confidential information with third parties except as required to deliver services or by law
  • Implement reasonable security measures to protect your information
  • Delete or return your data upon request after service completion, subject to legal retention requirements
